Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 3 September 2026
This policy sets out what Cavri may and may not be used for. It forms part of the Terms of Service and uses the same definitions. It exists so that the grounds for suspending an account are written down in advance rather than decided after the fact.
1. The short version
Cavri automates work on your own listings, in your own marketplace account, at a pace you choose. Nearly everything below follows from that sentence. If what you are doing is still your own selling, done faster, it is almost certainly fine.
2. Your marketplace account is your responsibility
Cavri acts on your instructions inside your own signed-in session. The marketplace sees your account doing the work, so its rules still apply to you in full.
- You must comply with the terms of every marketplace you connect. Where a marketplace's rules and this policy differ, the stricter one applies.
- You must not use Cavri to work around a suspension, restriction or ban, or to operate an account that is not yours to operate.
- Running several marketplace accounts is between you and that marketplace. If it forbids multi-accounting, connecting them to one Cavri workspace does not make it allowed.
- We have no line to any marketplace's support and no ability to reinstate a listing or an account. Section 4 of the Terms is not a formality: automation carries marketplace risk, and that risk lands on you.
3. What you must not list
- Counterfeit, replica or infringing goods, or anything you are not entitled to sell.
- Items whose sale is unlawful, or which the marketplace prohibits.
- Listings that misdescribe an item's condition, authenticity, size or origin, including where the wording came from AI and you published it without checking.
AI-generated titles, descriptions and prices are drafts. You are the seller, and the description is your statement whoever drafted it.
4. Automation limits
Cavri caps what automation can do. Those caps are part of the product, not an inconvenience to be routed around.
- Do not attempt to exceed the plan limits on inventory size, bulk action size or AI allowance by any means, including multiple accounts or scripted calls.
- Do not remove, raise or bypass the daily action ceilings and eligibility rules that govern relisting and price changes.
- Do not drive the API or the Browser Bridge from your own scripts, or at a rate the interface does not offer.
- Do not use Cavri to place load on a marketplace beyond what your own selling requires.
5. Other people's data
- Do not use Cavri to collect other sellers' listings, prices or profiles at scale. Cavri is for managing your wardrobe, not for harvesting someone else's.
- Buyer details reach Cavri only inside the shipping labels your own sales generate. Use them to fulfil the order and nothing else: not marketing, not a mailing list, not enrichment. Section 4 of the Privacy Notice describes how we hold them.
- Do not upload personal data belonging to anyone else into your inventory.
6. The Service itself
- Do not probe, scan, overload or attempt to breach the Service, or try to reach another tenant's data.
- Do not share your account, resell access, or run Cavri as a service for other sellers without our written agreement.
- Do not misrepresent Cavri's relationship to any marketplace. Cavri is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vinted.
- If you find a security problem, tell us before you tell anyone else, at support@cavri.app. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.
7. What happens if you breach this policy
What we do depends on what happened. In roughly increasing order: we get in touch and ask you to stop; we pause a specific automation on your account; we suspend the account; we close it under section 10 of the Terms.
We will tell you what triggered it and what would resolve it, unless saying so would obstruct an investigation or we are legally prevented. Where the breach is a mistake rather than a pattern, and most are, a conversation is the whole of it. Suspension without notice is reserved for serious cases: unlawful listings, attacks on the Service, or conduct putting other customers at risk.
If you think we have this wrong, reply and say so at support@cavri.app. A person reads it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes are announced the same way as changes to the Terms: in the app or by email, at least 14 days before they take effect.
