Every plan is the same workspace with the same two-way sync. What changes is how many live listings it manages for you, how many you can change in one action, how much AI drafting you get, and which rules you can switch on.
The count is listings that are live on Vinted right now. Sold items, drafts and anything you have ended do not count against it, so selling something gives you the slot back. Free is 25 live listings and AI for 10 items in total. The relist, delist and publish rules and the price curve start on Personal at £9.99 a month. That is the whole price, with nothing added at checkout.

You are clearing out a wardrobe, or you want to see whether the AI writes a listing you would actually post. 25 live listings, 10 items per bulk action, AI for 10 items in total. No relist or delist rules and no price curve, which at that size is fine. (That 25 is how many can be live on Vinted at once, not how many the app will hold: import as many as you have and the rest sit greyed out.)
You sell every week and relisting has become a chore. 250 live listings, 100 items per bulk action, AI for 250 items a month, plus the relist and delist rules and the price curve. This is the plan most people want.
This is your job. 2,500 live listings under fair use, 500 items per bulk action, and AI for 1,000 items a month because you list in hauls rather than in ones.
The number on each plan is how many of your listings are live on Vinted at once. Sold is not live, so a sold listing does not count. Neither does a draft, and neither does anything you have ended or deleted. Sell something and the slot comes back on the next sync.
That is a change, and it is the change that matters most on this page. The count used to be everything Cavri held, sold items included, which quietly charged rent on a sales history. Somebody with ninety items in Cavri, nine of them live and the rest sold, is using nine of their 25 slots now, and was using all ninety before.
The import is never refused for being too big. Bring in a wardrobe of two hundred on Free and all two hundred arrive. A tool that has only seen half a wardrobe will sooner or later act on the half it cannot see, and that is worse than being short of slots. The 25 you listed most recently are the managed set. The rest sit in the same list, greyed out, marked unmanaged.
That order does not change. A relist on Vinted is a deletion and a fresh upload, so Vinted's own publication date resets every time you relist. Cavri ignores that and ranks on the date a listing first went live, which never moves, so relisting one thing can never push another out of the managed set behind your back.
Over the cap, two things pause: creating new listings, and spending AI. Nothing else does. The sync keeps running, orders keep arriving with their labels, offers keep landing in the inbox, and relisting keeps working. Relisting especially: a relist that is refused halfway is a listing deleted and not put back, with its views and its favourites gone, so it never pauses for anything.
Nothing is deleted, nothing is hidden, and the sync never stops. You get told, in these words, and the rest of the app carries on.

Those are the actual messages from the code, not a paraphrase. The AI one is printed by calling the function the API calls; the two live-listing ones quote it with example numbers, because the real message counts your own listings.
Free's AI allowance does not come back. It is 10 items in total: a trial of the paid feature, spent once, with no reset behind it. When it is gone the account keeps everything else it had.
Paid allowances are a calendar window, not a rolling one. Personal and Scale reset on the 1st, at midnight UTC, and the whole allowance comes back at once rather than trickling in a few a day.
Worked example on Personal. It is the 28th and you photograph a car-boot haul. You have whatever is left of this month's 250, and what you do not spend by the 1st does not roll over. On the 1st the full 250 are back.
The live-listing count is not a window at all. It is a ceiling you move under and over as things sell and get listed: 25 live listings on Free means that many live at the same time, not that many a month. There is no monthly quota of listings anywhere on this page.

Personal includes AI listing generation for up to 250 items per calendar month, resetting on the 1st. Upload the photos, read the title, description and price it comes back with, change what you disagree with, publish when you are happy. A draft only publishes itself if you deliberately switch the publish-drafts rule on, and that starts off.
2,500 live listings at once. The wardrobe itself is not capped: import as many as you have, and the ones over the cap sit in the list greyed out as unmanaged. It behaves at the line exactly like the other two: nothing is deleted, everything still syncs, and new listings and AI pause. It includes AI listing generation for up to 1,000 items per calendar month, resetting on the 1st. If you genuinely need more, ask: the limit can be raised on an account, and there is no tier above this one to sell you.
No. Free needs an email address and nothing else. There is no trial clock on the plan itself. Free does not expire, nothing switches off after fourteen days, and you are never asked for a card. What does run out is the AI drafting, and it runs out for good: 10 items in total, not per week and not per month. Spend them and the account carries on with everything else. What you lose is having the listing written for you. Personal and Scale take a card at the point you choose one, and not before.
The new limits apply straight away. Billing is monthly from the day you upgrade, so you are not paying twice for the same weeks.
Nothing is deleted and nothing is taken off Vinted. Every listing stays in the workspace and stays visible; the ones over the cap go grey and are marked unmanaged. What stops is creating new listings and spending AI, until enough of them sell that you are back under. The relist, delist, publish and price-curve rules also stop on Free, because they are not part of that plan; the sync, the orders and the offer rules carry on, and relisting by hand carries on.
Only on the paid plans, and only in one case. One thing spends an action without you pressing generate: publishing or relisting an item still missing a field Vinted requires, where Cavri reads the photos to fill it in rather than blocking the publish. That one is not charged on Free. The allowance there is a trial of the writing, so publishing your own words never eats into it; on the paid plans, where the allowance refills, everything counts.

Cancelling moves you to Free and keeps everything. If you want the account deleted, there is a button on the account screen: it goes, along with the photos and the listing history, without a request to anybody. Export it first if you want a copy. Nothing about your Vinted account changes either way: Cavri holds a copy, not the original.
