Some fields can be changed in bulk and some genuinely cannot. This page is the list.

A worked find-and-replace
Royal Mail put second class up and eighty of your descriptions say the old price.
- Filter, Filter to live items and search your own descriptions for “£2.99”. Eighty-one items.
- Select, On Personal you can take 100 at a time, so that is one action for the first hundred, and all eighty-one fit.
- Apply, Find “postage £2.99”, replace with “postage £3.49”. The match is exact, so a description that says “Postage £2.99” with a capital P is left alone.
- Push, The change lands in Cavri first, then the sync queue pushes it to each live listing. Watch the job history if you want to see them land.
- If you got it wrong, Run the reverse: find “postage £3.49”, replace with “postage £2.99”. That is deliberate, and it is the only way back.
What you can and cannot change at once

A selection larger than your plan's bulk limit is refused before it runs: 10 on Free, 100 on Personal, 500 on Scale.
What this doesn't do
- There is no undo button. Deliberately: a blind undo on eighty live listings is more dangerous than the original mistake. The activity log records exactly what changed so you can reverse it.
- It cannot bulk-edit titles, photos, brand, size or colour.
- It cannot edit an item that is not in Cavri, import first.
- It cannot exceed your plan's bulk limit in one action.
- A price change with no minimum set still floors at £0.01, which is a safety net, not a sensible price.
Questions about bulk editing
Which fields can I bulk edit?
Price, status, condition, category, tags, notes, purchase price, storage location, and repeated description text by find-and-replace. Not titles, photos, brand, size or colour.
Do bulk edits sync back to Vinted?
Yes. The edit lands in your Cavri inventory first, then pushes to the live listings through the sync queue.
Can I undo a bulk edit?
Not with one button, and that is on purpose. Bulk price changes take a minimum, and the activity log shows precisely what changed so reversing it is a decision rather than a reflex.
Is find-and-replace case-sensitive?
Yes. “Postage” and “postage” are different strings, so check which one your descriptions actually use before you run it.
What is the biggest selection I can make?
10 on Free, 100 on Personal, 500 on Scale. Larger selections are refused before anything is applied: nothing lands half-done.
