What sellers ask about Cavri before connecting a wardrobe.
Cavri is an inventory and bulk-editing tool for Vinted sellers: a website you work in, plus a Chrome extension that makes every change inside the Vinted session you are already signed in to. It never asks for your Vinted password.

Getting started
What you install, what it needs, and how long the first import takes.
What do I actually install?
The Cavri browser extension is a Chrome extension. Anything that writes to Vinted (listing, relisting, price changes, accepting an offer) runs through it, in your own browser, using the Vinted session you are already signed in with. You add it from the Chrome Web Store. The quickest way is the Add to Chrome button in your dashboard, which opens the listing directly, or you can search the store for Cavri. About two minutes, and Chrome keeps it updated on its own afterwards. The dashboard itself is a website, so there is nothing to install for that.
Do I need a desktop?
To set it up, yes. Chrome on iOS and Android cannot load extensions, so installing it and every action that writes to Vinted needs a laptop or desktop. Once it is running you can browse the wardrobe, read offers and check what sold from a phone.
How long does the first import take?
A hundred items takes a few minutes. A thousand takes long enough that you start it and go and do something else. Cavri reads the list of your listings a page at a time and then their details in small batches with a pause between, rather than asking Vinted for everything at once, and you can carry on using the browser while it goes.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free needs an email address and nothing else. There is no trial clock on the plan itself. Free does not expire, nothing switches off after fourteen days, and you are never asked for a card. What does run out is the AI drafting, and it runs out for good: 10 items in total, not per week and not per month. Spend them and the account carries on with everything else. What you lose is having the listing written for you. Personal and Scale take a card at the point you choose one, and not before.
Which countries does it work in?
Cavri works with Vinted in ten countries: the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Czechia and Lithuania. The AI drafts a listing in that market's language and prices it in that market's currency, and the tax-year filter follows the country rather than assuming April to April. What it does not do is any marketplace other than Vinted. Sellers on Vinted UK are billed in pounds and every other market in euros: £9.99 or €11.99 a month for Personal.

Is a tool like this allowed?
Vinted's terms restrict automated access. That applies to every tool in this category, this one included, and no amount of marketing changes it. What Cavri does is keep the footprint small: your own signed-in browser, your own pace, a daily ceiling, and nothing running until you switch it on.
Does Cavri need my Vinted password?
No, and it never asks for it. Your Vinted password and session cookie never reach a Cavri server. The extension holds them in your browser. What it sends back is your own wardrobe: your listings, the orders and offers on them, and the shipping labels Vinted issues you. Your Cavri login is separate and has nothing to do with your Vinted one.
What stops it going too fast?
A daily action ceiling you set (20 by default, never more than 500), and work that is spread out rather than fired off at once. Every queued job counts as one against the ceiling, a relist included, even though a relist is a delete and a re-upload once it reaches Vinted.
Will Cavri increase my sales?
No tool can honestly say yes to that, and this one will not. What it does is remove the repetitive part (relisting, price rounds, bulk edits) and then measure the result: how long your stock actually takes to sell, by department and by price band, from your own sales rather than anybody's benchmark. It reports no median at all on fewer than 10 sales.
Relisting
What a relist really is, and what it takes off your listing.
What actually happens when Cavri relists something?
It creates a fresh listing from the item and removes the old one. That is what relisting is on Vinted, as opposed to the paid Bump, which is a different thing and one Cavri never buys for you. New listing date, no likes, a dead old URL, and a brief window where the item is between the two.
Do my likes and watchers survive a relist?
No, and no honest tool will tell you otherwise. A relist is a new listing, so engagement starts from zero in exchange for a fresh date.
How many can I relist at once?
Bulk actions are capped per plan (10 on Free, 100 on Personal, 500 on Scale), and automated relists then run under your daily ceiling. At the default of 20 a day, a 300-item backlog is about fifteen days.
AI and pricing
Which models, how the allowance is counted, and where the price suggestions come from.
Which AI writes my listings?
You choose per account: Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic. The default on each is a fast vision model. Titles, descriptions and prices come back as drafts you edit before anything is published.
How is the AI allowance counted?
One item generated is one action. On the paid plans it is a calendar window rather than a rolling one: Personal and Scale reset on the 1st, at midnight UTC. Free has no window at all: it gets AI listing generation for 10 items in total, spent once and never reset. Editing a draft afterwards costs nothing on any plan. One thing spends an action without you pressing generate: publishing or relisting an item still missing a field Vinted requires, where Cavri reads the photos to fill it in rather than blocking the publish. That one is not charged on Free. The allowance there is a trial of the writing, so publishing your own words never eats into it; on the paid plans, where the allowance refills, everything counts.
Do you train models on my photos?
Cavri trains nothing, and passes your photos to nobody except the AI provider you chose to generate the listing. What that provider may then do is set by its own terms rather than ours: OpenAI and Anthropic do not train on data sent through their APIs by default, while Google's terms allow the requests to be used to improve Google's products and to be reviewed by people. If that matters to you, pick a different provider or ask us first.
Where do price suggestions come from?
From how long the item has been live and the three numbers you set: a step every 21 days, 10% off the starting price, never below 60% of it. Each suggestion prints its own arithmetic.
Data and privacy

What happens to my photos?
They are stored in your workspace and stay yours. You can download an item's photos as a zip whenever you like.
Can I get all my data out?
Yes, in one press, without asking anyone. The account screen exports a zip holding your profile, your wardrobes, every item as both JSON and a spreadsheet-ready CSV, and any bug reports you filed. A second button includes every photo, which is the slower one because photos do not compress.
Can Cavri give me my sales for a tax year?
Yes. The Stats page has a tax year picker and a CSV download: one row per sold item, carrying what you paid, what it listed and sold for, the difference and both dates. The UK boundary is the real one, 6 April to 5 April, and the nine other Vinted markets Cavri serves use the calendar year. It is raw material for a return rather than a return, and it is not tax advice.
What if I stop using Cavri?
Cancel and the account drops to Free with everything intact. Or delete the account yourself from the account screen and it goes, photos included, without asking anybody. Either way your Vinted account is untouched: Cavri holds a copy, never the original.
Billing and limits

What does each plan cost?
Free is £0. Personal is £9.99 a month and Scale is £29.99 a month. That is the whole price, with nothing added at checkout. What changes between the plans is how many listings it manages live, bulk size, AI allowance and which rules you can switch on.
Can I use Cavri on my phone?
Partly, and here is the honest split. Your phone can browse the wardrobe, check offers and see what sold. Anything that writes to Vinted (listing, relisting, price changes) runs through the Chrome extension on a laptop or desktop. If you list entirely from your phone, Cavri is not there yet.
Does it work with eBay?
Vinted only, today. eBay is next and the sign-in half is written, but nothing lists to eBay yet, do not buy Cavri for it. When it works you will read about it here.
