Vinted has no true “bump to the top” endpoint. Relisting a listing means creating a fresh copy and removing the old one — that is what every relisting tool does, including Cavri. It gives the item a new listing date, and it also means the listing briefly disappears while the swap happens, and past likes and watchers do not carry over.
