The Chrome extension
The Cavri browser extension is a Chrome extension. Anything that writes to Vinted (listing, relisting, price changes, accepting an offer) runs through it, in your own browser, using the Vinted session you are already signed in with.
You add it from the Chrome Web Store. The quickest way is the Add to Chrome button in your dashboard, which opens the listing directly, or you can search the store for Cavri. About two minutes, and Chrome keeps it updated on its own afterwards.
It asks for three permissions and one marketplace. Tabs so it can drive the Vinted tab and read the responses that come back; alarms and storage so a queued batch survives a browser restart; and access to Vinted, which is the only marketplace it touches. Each of Vinted's ten national sites is listed separately in the extension's permissions, because a browser cannot be asked for "Vinted" as one thing, and your own Cavri workspace is listed alongside them so the two can pair in one click.
Your Vinted password and session cookie never reach a Cavri server. The extension holds them in your browser. What it sends back is your own wardrobe: your listings, the orders and offers on them, and the shipping labels Vinted issues you. Setting up needs a laptop or desktop, because Chrome on iOS and Android cannot load extensions.

Read what is already there
Open Vinted in the same browser, signed in as you normally are, and press scan. Cavri reads each live listing: the title, the description, the price, the condition, the category and every photo.
It paces itself rather than hammering the site: your listings are enumerated a page at a time, and their details read in small batches with a pause between each, so a hundred items is a coffee and a thousand is longer. You can carry on using the browser while it goes.

Check the staged list before anything saves
The scan does not save anything. It builds a list you look at first: every item it found, what it read, and a flag on anything that looks like a duplicate of something already in your workspace.
Untick what you do not want. Press import and that is when items exist in Cavri. Your Vinted listings are untouched by any of this: an import is a read.

Your first bulk edit
Worked example. Postage went up and every description of yours says “postage £2.99”. Filter to live items, select 100, put “postage £2.99” in find and “postage £3.49” in replace, apply.
In the same action you can take a percentage off the price with a minimum underneath it, change the condition, the category, your tags, your notes, where it is stored or what you paid. What you cannot bulk-change is the title or the photos: those are per item, on purpose.
There is no undo. The edit lands in Cavri first and then pushes to the live listings, and the activity log records exactly what changed, so reversing it is deliberate rather than one click.

Turn on one rule, not all of them
Start with relisting. You choose how old an item has to be before it becomes eligible (30 days by default, anything from 1 to 365), and a ceiling on how many actions the rules may queue for you in a day, 20 by default and never more than 500.
Then the price curve, if you want it. It drops the price a step every 21 days, 10% off the starting price, compounding, and it never goes below 60% of it. Each suggestion arrives with its reasoning attached and waits for your yes unless you tell it not to.
Relisting, delisting, publishing drafts and the price curve are Personal and above: on Free those switches will not turn on, and the app says why rather than failing quietly. Two things do run on Free. The sync pushes an edit you made in Cavri out to the live listing, and it is on to begin with. And the offer rules work on every plan, which is the one to know about, because an offer rule spends money. They start switched off.

Answer offers, then post the parcel
Offers land in one list with what you paid, what it is listed at, and any floor you set for that item. Accept, counter or decline from the list. If you want it handled automatically you set the thresholds, and there is a hard daily cap on automatic decisions.
When something sells the sync marks it sold, records the price, and moves it to the to-ship list with the shipping label attached to the item. Mark it shipped and it clears.

What the numbers tell you
Days to sell, per item and averaged. What each item cost you and what it went for. Which categories move and which sit.
Profit is the sold price minus what you paid. There is no platform fee taken off, because Vinted does not charge sellers one: Buyer Protection is paid by the buyer, on top. Any tool deducting a seller fee from your profit is giving you the wrong number.
The one number Vinted cannot tell Cavri is what you paid. An imported item arrives with no cost on it, and counts as zero until you put one in, which makes its profit the same as its sold price. Purchase price is bulk editable for exactly this reason: a haul that cost the same goes in as one action.

Where it can go wrong
A page about trust that never mentions failure is not worth much. These are the four things that actually happen.
The extension loses its Vinted session
Vinted signs you out, or rotates the session, and queued work stops until you open Vinted and sign back in. Cavri tells you rather than silently doing nothing.
One item in a batch fails
The rest of the batch carries on. The failed one stays in the job history with the reason, and you retry it. A partial batch is normal, not a corruption.
You edit in both places at once
If you change a price on Vinted while Cavri is pushing a different one, the last write wins and the sync catches up on the next pass. Pick a side for the ten minutes a bulk action takes.
Vinted changes something
They redesign a page or move an endpoint and part of Cavri stops working until it is fixed. The job that failed says so in your job history rather than failing silently. There is no status page and no incident email yet, so the honest answer is that you would see it in the history first, and telling us is the fastest way to get it looked at.
THE HONEST BIT
Relisting: the bit most tools skate over
Relisting is not Vinted's paid Bump and it is not a button. A relist is a new listing plus a deletion of the old one: the item gets a fresh date and loses its likes.
Cavri does that for a hundred items while you make tea. It does not pretend the likes survive, and it will not run past the daily cap you set.
